
Isaac Szmerling
Isaac is an accredited mediator and was admitted to practice in 1982, commencing his career in prominent legal firms. From 1998 until 2013, he conducted the practice known as “Chadwicks - The Law Firm.”
In 2013, Isaac merged his firm with Behan Legal where he continues to practice as a Senior Lawyer.

Areas include copyright and intellectual property law, retail tenancy disputes, testator maintenance disputes (Part IV), contractual disputes, debt recovery, insolvency (bankruptcy and corporate), banking cases, building disputes, retail tenancy disputes, franchise disputes, and general litigation.
Commercial Law
Areas include mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, franchises, licences, security funding agreements, corporate law including shareholder agreements and advice on structuring, commercial leases, business sales and acquisitions, conveyancing, wills, probate, superannuation and estate planning.
Criminal Law
Areas include apprehended violence order matters, assaults, traffic offences, thefts, statutory offences, fraud, and white-collar crime.
